HEY EVERYONE!

our blog is kinda dead. so salad is here to liven it up :)

first of all, CONGRATS TO KAT AND LESLEY (albeit rather belated) !!! our new head prefect and vice head prefect! ... it makes me feel old you know. like we're SEC 4s next year! the next we'll be leaving MG! :(((( well, at least we were given this wonderful opportunity of giving back to mg as prefects yeah! and of course, along the way we all bonded and now we're the super-bonded SEC 3 PB 07! okay fine, not really bonded yet with the new PTs but that's what... JUNE CAMP is for! deshou deshou? :D too bad not all of them are going :( and not all the rest of us are too! bwehh.

speaking of prefect trainees, how have your mentees been!? mine has been great :) hehe jeanne is really nice and we talk endlessly in the mornings at traffic duty/standing positions. so fun :) i'm a bit sad that we don't get to be in the same groups as our mentees for camp but oh wells! bond the whole PB! :D

time realllyyy flies. we (or 18 of us were anyway) were the mentees 2 years ago. 2 years ago we got this letter saying "congrats!" and that we were prefect trainees... then we went for the last day of june camp (actually i didnt cuz i was on holiday, but anyway)... then we got our nice blue PT badges (which i could never pin straight), then we started doing duty with our mentors! :D i wonder if our mentees will still be doing duty with us for term 3? hope so! :D anyway, continuing the time line! then we became blur blur prefect trainees. then november camp! we bonded lots with all the weird games! i still remember the bucket game :) then then we became SEC 2S!!! and then there was prefect installation and we were officially prefects :) and, our layout still says sec 2 pb 2006...! we really need a layout change. and, that means we need a GROUP PHOTO! :D june camp's the time for photo taking! yayy bring your cameras people :D

haha yes yes as you can tell i'm quite high at the moment! must be the caffeine. wait. i didnt drink any coke/coffee/tea. okay it must be the sugar :) in my milo. (yes kat, i'm still drinking milo despite all your "drink cooling tea!" :P)

ANYWAY! can't wait for june camp! and stomp :) SEE YOU ALL THEREEEE <3

hahahaahha

first off - i really hope you guys had as much fun as i had for orientation camp. i know many of you were tired and voiceless etc, but i still hope you had fun nonetheless as much as i did working with you all. thank you for your endless enthusiasm and effort (ahahhaa alliteration) to encourage and influence the girls. you guys were really great.

secondly - a very big thank you ( i know im being biased but anyway) to ivfen and maisie for all your efforts and for super being able to bear with me. ivfen - thanks for being such a great a i/c and for being such a slacker and reminding me to relax and not to stress too much. maisie - thanks for being so super efficient and reminding me to work hard and not relax too much. you guys really balance me out man. thanks for being able to bear with all my irritatingness and rubbish and trash and yeah. stuff. you guys have been awesomeee.

third - i hope all of you are able to cope with the (soon) rising amount of work to be done! whether its homework, tuition work, pb matters or cca affairs, i hope you guys can excel in every aspect. please dont hesitate to ask if help is required! (wow i sound so professional eh. ahhahaha.)

fourth - i really hope you guys arent too stressed. well if you are, please look at the following and destress okay! :DDDDDDD

YAYY! IT IS FINALLY THE FIRST SATURDAY OF THE YEAR, AND I'M THE FIRST ONE TO POST IN YEAR 2007! HAHAHHAHAHAH:D

ehh, salad! how come the page does not give me the options, of font size, alignment etc? hahhahaa, i feel so weird just typing like this! hahahaha, anyway, that's not the point! well, i really hope that the sec3 prefects which is you guys had ALOT ALOT ALOT OF FUN DURING SEC 1 ORIENTATION CAMP!well, i think we all had our own class problems, but we still overcame it together! which was just great! hmm... since i didn't want to waste $$ messaging everyone in the sec3pb07! i decided to just post it online for FREEE! hahahaha!

I MUST MUST MUST SAY, that all of you did a fantastic job! especially lydee! who was really capable in getting everyone in the class to listen! THANKS LYDEEE! <33 well, seeing all of us come together to perk all our classes up even though we were really tired amazed me(: i know many of us did feel like giving up at like one point of time, well... at least i did. But we still overcame it! and we succeeded in allowing everyone enjoy themselves:D we applied discipline and fun at the perfect times, and also tried our very best despite how tough it was to bond with the class! and also, we didn't just work as an individual, but as a team, sharing solutions to the problems and helping and encouraging one another when either one of us were down! hahahha, i know there is many many other stuff that i did not include, but i have to say this.

Hi friends!

Wow, my second post here. I had to dig through my inbox to find the email with the user and password. But finally, i found it! Yay :D

Very happy that exams are over. So it's time to celebrate and have fun. Of course, i don't wanna think so much about results (heh). But school is gonna end in 1 week then a super long holiday for everyone! Yay. Can't wait for Prefect Camp AND LTC which i know will be a blast. Even though the teacher kept saying to rest well and Andrea pointed out to me we will all be dead tired from PBcamp but it's okay cause i like camps alot. Not so fond of the bathing part but the bonding is always great. Aren't y'all like so excited? Kudos to Andrea and Kat for the announcment this morning, it was so cute! I like the monday one, so funny! Anyone going for RA? It'll be interesting to see the teachers dance and model! Especially Mr Ong, hahah!

The year has ended so quickly. I really love our level prefects so much and i wish that Gabby & Ren Jean didn't have to go NJ! *Boo hooooooo*. You guys have to come back and visit us! Don't go there to run off with boys i tell you.

HEY EVERYONE! well i bet all of you are SUPER DUPER excited, cause the EXAMS ARE OVER! i know it is a little late to post this sort of stuff, but even so, there is no end to this sort of excitement!:D okay, so i feel really weird using the computer, watching tv and going out, cause i feel really really guilty mainly because i am still into my exam timetable type of life >:P yea, so anyway, i really hope you guys didn't think the exams were too hard! but even so, i think i am going to fail history and life science:((( OKAY! ENOUGH OF EXAMS! i tore up all my exam timetables and also i threw away all my sec 2 worksheets! HEEHHH(: well, after the exams, i just hanged around with friends and yea blog! hmm... went to watch "scoop" and it is a really good movie, at least for me! you guys should seriously catch it! and hugh jackman is still ever so hot! :D hee.. hey! we should start organising some gathering for the sec 2 prefects to probably celebrate the END of our exams! how does that sound? okay maybe not to celebrate that, but well maybe just for some FUN? goodness me, the title of this post is really stupid... but seriously, is there any way to avoid typing the title? HAHA:D well, it has been really long since some one posted:( maybe it is all that tests and exams which are coming up right? hehh. i thought today's chapel service was pretty good! especially the speaker, i found her pretty entertaining:) and now joan keeps saying i have issues! hmm... i think we got to do spot checks in one of the sec 2 classes, cause i heard that many people has been eating in class and not putting their handphones in their lockers and all! not because the prefect is not doing her job, is because there is NO prefect:( maybe you will know which class it is already... but yea, we got to do something! hahahha(: i miss the musical.. i know it has been so long since it has ended, but i miss the songs, the ambience and the crowd that we have to usher around! it was tiring but yet fun! and maybe you will find this a little crazy, but i miss the daily 3-10 routine! it seemed like work but you were with your friends and you got to bond with many of them during this period of time! sheesh, i sound like a pyscho! this post is so sad:( but anyway! try to upload pictures people! at least the blog will be more interesting! :D good luck for exams and tests and all! (: you guys play a very very VERY big role (bigger than mine, even) so dont ever think youre not needed or are unimportant okay. thank you all for your commitment and being so helpful and taking the initiative to like sign up. today's run was awesome, and you guys contributed to a big part of the awesome-ness! :D haha i really really hope you guys can cope with the ushering plus the e learning work yeah. if youre ever too tired or simply need to talk to someone, remember that God is always there no matter what, and so are your fellow prefects. and me too, of course. ahha. so yepp. bear that in mind yeah. WAH. Last post was really long ago leh. Hello fellow prefects! Ivfen here, and it's my first time blogging (: As in on this blog lah. So I should say it's my first entry on this blog after such a long time, since the blog was set up. Aren't you guys proud of me? (: HEEEE.

Well. I don't know what I should write here, cause I'm seriously bored. And currently, my mind is blank. HEH. Perhaps I'm just here to offer you guys some entertainment (: WHEEE~ Now, what should I talk about. Oh oh. I can make cafe latte! And Mrs Yue from home econs hasn't even taught us that yet (: I rock. You stone (: I shall embark on a journey to try to make the other types of food in the sec 2 home econs book, haha. Maybe I'll try the sec 1 one as well. Hello! I shall make a point-full post after everyone elses (except Kat's post on ACSI investiture) hello-hello posts! Haha. Okay.

Check your emails everyone! :) The June/July Co-op roster as well as the Standing Positions for Term 3 (and also the traffic roster once again) should be in your inbox. If they aren't, please ask me or some other prefect to send them to you before the term starts!!

Please note down the dates for your Co-op and Traffic duties, and make sure you go for duty on time! One important thing to note is that you MUST make sure your recess time is correct for your Co-op duty, especially if you didn't sign up for your duty before term closed (tsk tsk!). If it's incorrect, please be sure to change with someone asap...

One new thing for traffic duty is that if your name is the underlined one, then you have to get the traffic file every morning for that 3/4 days and make sure everyone present signs in for traffic duty (don't write down the names of people who don't come hor!).

Make sure you stand at the right place in the mornings too... You have to do duty even on Mondays (except for those of you in the quadrangle)! Those on quadrangle steps, remember to stand on the second step from the top. Weilin thinks it looks neater that way. Hehe.

At the beginning of July (around July 3rd?), I will be putting up an empty August Co-op roster on the Prefect's Board. Please sign yourself up for co-op duty, and if there is no more space, please at least write your name on the side of the roster so we know you tried! If you fail to sign up/write your name, then you'll be duly punished! MUAHAHHA >D You'll be given 2 weeks (till July 14th) before I take the roster down to compile it.

Prefect Trainees, most of this post doesn't really concern you I guess... but you can check the rosters for your mentor's names because you'll be following them for duty! ^^

Yay, my first post to this blog. It's so nice, the layout is hot. Kudos to Salad! Can't wait for november camp then we can take a great big photos with the new pts! Welcome to the MGPB, we don't bite even though we have teeth. Eh.

I think it will be great if we had a sec2pb outing, like we can go out for dinner or maybe go someone's house and have either a potluck or a barbeque?
